Implants

With the advent of implants, we are now able to accomplish results never before dreamed of. The implant can be used from the age of sixteen to one hundred. In easy to understand terms, the implant is a metal post placed within the bone of the jaw that becomes part of the bone. On this post we can then anchor the part of the tooth you see, the crown or denture. The finished result is very natural and good looking. In most cases, you cannot tell it is an implant.

Implants work exceptionally well for people who wear dentures. The dentures become solid and they can literally eat almost as well as  they did when they had their own teeth.
